According to court documents dated November 27th the defendant's case has been waived to the grand jury. He's also been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.

The defendant was processed at the Scott County Detention Center Friday October 26th at 11:30 p.m. and released two hours later on Saturday at 1:30 a.m. after posting $5,000 bond. The defendant is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow October 30th at 1:00 p.m.
