Larry Dale Berger II, of Versailles, was arrested by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office on Monday October 22nd on a Scott County felony warrant for Receiving stolen property - under $10,000 (Class D felony).
The defendant was arrested at 150 North Limestone, the location of the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, so it appears he turned himself in willingly.
According to Scott County Detention Center officials and Court records he was released on $5,000 surety bond with conditions he comply with "treatment center after care" pending a November 27th court date.
