In what a appears to have started as an argument over a vehicle, has turned into a felony charge of Wanton endangerment in the first degree for 25-year-old Alicia Micheala Messer.
Georgetown Police responded on November 2nd to a "domestic call". According to a Uniform Citation, the suspect had refused to give back a vehicle to it's rightful owner after several requests by the victim.
The victim has stated to police that after standing in front of the vehicle in an attempt to stop the suspect; the suspect then ran him over.
Police say in the report that the victim had "visible physical injuries".
The defendant has been released from the Scott County Detention Center and had a court hearing on November 6th.
