Man to Serve 3-years in Prison on Numerous Charges

28-year-old Jarrett Ray Lyons, of Stamping Ground, was ordered to serve three years in prison on January 7th for six charges in total.

According to Circuit Court Records, Mr. Lyons had originally been charged with eleven but five were dismissed. He's been convicted of three misdemeanors and three felonies (all three are Class D).

He's now been adjudicated guilty of Wanton endangerment (first degree), Criminal mischief (first degree), Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, Operating on suspended/revoked operators license, and Possession of CS/opiate (first degree).

The subject is being held in the Scott County Detention Center, according to records dated January 10th, awaiting transport.
