The incident stems form a traffic stop on January 5th at 10:59 pm. The deputy says he observed a strong odor and the visual presence of drug paraphernalia.
The subjects were then separated and questioned. Once questioned, Ms. Hetzel was mirandized and placed in custody.
It was never stated who bought the marijuana but the Uniform Citation states that the defendant provided the vehicle and transportation for the two minors in violation of the law.
The defendant was released from the Scott County Detention Center on $2,000 unsecured no cash bond.
