On January 1st at 11:28 p.m. the Georgetown Police made a traffic on Bourbon St. and Davis Court. According to police reports the suspect was Driving with no tail lamps, One headlight, and Rear license plate not illuminated.
As the officer approached the vehicle he states that he smelled an odor of marijuana and then noticed what was described as a green marijuana stem. When asked by the officer when the last time he smoked marijuana; he stated "not today".

After the search the officer found the suspect had in his possession a loaded Hi-Point .380 ACP handgun. After the officer did a check of the firearm through NCIC (National Crime Information Center) it came back as stolen. And the suspect had no CCDW (Concealed Carry of Deadly Weapons) license.
The defendant is listed as a resident of the 3000 block of Forest Springs Court in Lexington. Donald Roark posted bond of $5,000 on January 3rd and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 29th at 1:30 p.m.
