Sadieville Man Arrested for Sexual Abuse of Minor

Georgetown Police arrested 59-year-old Frank James Broughton for Sexual abuse in the first degree of a child under twelve years of age.

The police report alleges a fairly grisly account of what appears to be a pattern of years of abuse.

The defendant is being accused of Kentucky Revised Statute 510.110 which is a Class D felony, unless the victim is under twelve years old. Then it becomes a Class C felony.

The defendant is being held on $10,000 bond at the Scott County Detention Center as of this morning.
