Police: Woman Sold Oxycodone to Informant

The Scott County Sheriff's Office served a warrant and arrested 33-year-old Rachel Elizabeth Wright for Trafficking in controlled substance in the first degree.

The Georgetown Police allege the defendant sold 10 oxycodone pills to a confidential informant working for the department on July 16th of 2012. It's unclear why it took over a year to make the arrest.

Ms. Wright has posted $10,000 bond and is awaiting a court date of November 12th, according to jail records. Conditions of her bond include mandatory drug testing.
