Woman Indicted for Drug Trafficking

Georgetown resident, 21-year-old Shandi Rae Fox, was arrested on November 19th and processed into the Scott County Detention Center.

The arrest centers around a Scott Circuit Court Indictment dated October 5th. The indictment alleges that on May 18th the defendant sold two Ecstasy pills to a confidential informant.

Jail records indicate that her address is in Lexington, but the indictment states Georgetown. She's charged with Trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree

Georgetown Woman Indicted for Drug Trafficking

On Thursday November 8th local Georgetown resident, 37-year-old Chasity Darnell (AKA Chasity Sharp), was processed into the Scott County Detention Center on a single charge of Trafficking in controlled substance, first degree.

As of Friday November 9th, she was being held with no bond pending a scheduled court date of December 3rd.

The details of the charge are outlined in a Commonwealth Indictment with a file date of October 5th.

The indictment alleges the sale of a small amount of pills, Methadone and Morphine, being sold to a confidential informant on three separate dates in April of 2012.

Georgetown Police make Multiple Drug Trafficking Arrests

On the morning of Friday October 19th the Georgetown Police Department served warrants and made two felony arrests for Trafficking in controlled substance - first degree.

The first defendant, 34-year-old Shane Debronsky Wilson, was charged with Trafficking in controlled substance - first degree, and Persistent felony offender - first degree. The arrest location was George Martin Ave. Wilson is being held at the Scott County Detention Center on $20,000 bond pending a November 2nd court date.

The second defendant, 32-year-old Brandy Marie Jarrell, was charged with Trafficking in controlled substance - first degree. The arrest location was Ransom Trace. Jarrell is being held at the Scott County Detention Center on $10,000 bond pending a court date of November 5th.
