Scott County Sheriff's responded to a back-up call from Georgetown Police on December 5th to break up an apparent street fight.
According to a Uniform Citation, Brian Joseph Smith was observed by a SCSO deputy jumping on top of another officer. When the deputy tried to subdue the man he was punched by the defendant. The report says the defendant was advised to leave the scene but was cursing, yelling, and therefore arrested.
The defendant's been charged with Assaulting a police officer, Disorderly conduct, and Failure to disperse. His address is listed as Pasadena, California.
