Case Dismissed Against Retired Businessman

The case against Philip D. Wise, a local retired businessman accused of Sexual abuse, was dismissed earlier this month by the Grand Jury. They found insufficient evidence to return an indictment and declared it No True Bill. We had reported about this case on several occasions, but in the spirit of fairness we felt compelled to clear the man's name.
